Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. 

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and must be purchased from solunatime.com. The return request must be done by the person whose name appears on the purchase receipt.

 

After the 14 day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage you to inspect the products within the first two weeks after your purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

 

Exceptions

We, unfortunately, cannot accept soap and lotion bar returns due to hygienic reasons. We hope you understand that. If there is any issue with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@solunatime.com.

 

For defective, incorrect or damaged products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@solunatime.com. If you do not let us know by email within 24 hrs of delivery, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase. 

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item; unless the item sent is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Free shipping for Spanish Peninsula for the orders over 50€. Free shipping for Portugal, Belaric Islands of Spain, France, Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, and Germany with the orders over 75€. Free shipping for UK with the orders over 150€.
