  • 1. How long will my order take to get me?
    We ship the orders typically within 1-3 business days after the payment during non-peak times or seasons. In peak seasons, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.   • 3. Can I change or cancel my order before it is shipped?
    We cannot make changes or cancel an order after they have been submitted. An item may only be cancelled if it is on pre-order. If you would like to cancel a pre-ordered item, send an email to with your order number and we'll cancel it.
  • 4. What do I do if part of my order is missing or I receive damaged goods?
    We kindly ask that you inspect your package as soon as it is delivered. If there are any faults or missing items, you must inform us by sending an email to If you do not let us know by email within 24 hrs of delivery, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase.
  • 5. Will I be charged right away when I place an order?
    Yes, your card will be charged right away since we don't store payment information for security purposes.
  • 6. How do I track my order?
    When your order is shipped, you will receive an email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so make sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long. You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status. *Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like it's not moving, chances are it's on its way!

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one (it can be the similar or a different product) within 14 days of delivery.
